      We are the Orlando International Airport! The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) operates MCO and the Orlando Executive Airport. Our airport is a world-class facility serving more than 55 million guests each year and growing. The airport serves as a significant transportation resource, catalyst and hub in the State of Florida.

      POSITION SUMMARY:

      The Airport 101 Summer Internship Program is a dynamic and immersive 5-week rotational internship designed for upper-level college students interested in careers in aviation, public service, or transportation management. Through weekly department rotations, interns will explore the operational, environmental, customer service, and commercial aspects of a modern airport.

      Participants will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a variety of key airport departments, including Airport Operations, Marketing, Environmental Programs, Customer Experience, Concessions, and General Aviation. The program combines experiential learning, team collaboration, professional development workshops, and a culminating project presentation.

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      To be considered for this internship, applicants must :

      Be currently enrolled as a college junior or senior pursuing a degree in a relevant field, including:

      • Aviation Management
      • Business Administration
      • Marketing & Communications
      • Environmental Science or Sustainability
      • Hospitality Management
      • Civil or Airport Engineering
      • Public Affairs
      • Economics
      • Tourism and Travel Management
