What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs, including fueling and de-icing
- Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify safety concerns proactively
- Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks and tugs while ensuring safety protocols
- Provide professional and friendly guest service, ensuring an exceptional experience for all
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid state driver’s license; commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required based on location
- Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements
- Excellent vision and coordination for inspecting aircraft fuel and directing aircraft
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three (3) to six (6) months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field
