      Airside HVAC Salesperson and Product Champion

      Job Summary

      The function of this position is to help meet established sales goals, company growth objectives, and to support and promote sales and grow market share.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilties

      The Airside HVAC Salesperson will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. This individual will work closely with our Business Development team, Outside Sales team, and End Users to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to support the sales and business development teams in achieving business goals.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with the Business Development and Outside Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
      • Develop and maintain relationships with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and other key stakeholders.
      • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
      • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
      • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
      • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
      • Provide technical presentations and training sessions for clients and internal audiences.
      • Track and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.

      Administrative Responsibilities

      • Accurately prepare, write up, and process orders in a timely manner; ensure pre-lien information is collected for contractor-ordered materials. Salesforce CRM fluent.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      Required:

      • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
      • Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a strong understanding of airside systems.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Must have a valid drivers license ??????
