About This Role:
This position is responsible for the reduction of false alarms by ensuring alarm users are compliant with the county’s alarm ordinance. The ideal candidate in this position will be responsible for the processing of alarm invoices, payments, registrations, suspensions, and the collection of outstanding fees. This position is also responsible for educating alarm users on the various ways of alarm reduction and visiting alarm sites as needed.
This position is also responsible for the collection of all alarm fees and other payments received in the Licensing Section. The ideal candidate will have cash handing experience as well as some knowledge of using a cash register and 10-key adding machine. Performing daily, weekly and monthly cash, checks and credit card reconciliation.
This position also requires working as a team player and assisting the Licensing Section in all the various services that we provide to the department and public. These duties include assisting at the customer service window, fingerprinting citizens, providing information, and acting as the back-up for the Parking Citation Coordinator as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and 1-year related experience in accounts receivable.

Starting Salary Range :
$29.06 - $34.19NOTE:
