Context: Reporting directly to the Distribution & e-Commerce division, you will work within a team of 6 people responsible for the growth and transformation of the Electrical Distribution channel, and you will report to the Distribution Channel Marketing Leader. Distribution & e-Commerce is Schneider Electric's primary sales channel to reach end customers, and we are a global leader in this field with a turnover of over 15 billion. We are responsible for professional distribution channels, large DIY stores, and E-commerce. We are present on all continents, offering you the opportunity to work daily with international colleagues. Our mission as a global organization is to implement projects and tools to help sales teams in countries increase their sales by expanding the range of Schneider Electric products, while working more effectively, digitally, and sustainably. Key Responsibilities Integrated into the Marketing team, Community Animation of Distribution & e-Commerce, you will be mainly responsible for animating the internal Distribution & e-Commerce community at Schneider Electric: enterprise social network, Sharepoint, newsletters, webinars, contests, events, etc. Ensuring the sharing of knowledge and best practices between global teams and commercial teams in different countries using various means of communication. Promoting collective learning and experience as key drivers of our growth across our various channels. Support for strategic projects and business Assisting the Distribution Channel Marketing Leader on transformation projects at the heart of our strategy with the Distribution & e-Commerce channels: Sustainable Development and Sell-out (data project for consolidating sales data from our distributor clients). Providing support to the B2C / DIY team on various subjects: analysis of the performance of different channels in different countries, business intelligence and analysis / benchmarking of the competition.
