      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead overall sales planning, budget, and execution for assigned lifestyle accounts
      - Manage, mentor, and train an external sales team while aligning team structure with future brand strategy
      - Develop regional sales plans to meet seasonal initiatives and financial targets
      - Oversee strategic account plans and ensure alignment with Go to Market strategy
      - Utilize consumer and market data to sustain and grow retail business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7+ years of sales, product, or marketing experience, ideally within the lifestyle space
      - 5-7+ years of management experience overseeing 5-10 direct reports
      - Proven ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
      - Excellent process and organizational management skills
      - Strong written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to travel 70%
