      Description

We are seeking a self-starting Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our small, fast-paced team as the dedicated owner of our Amazon 3P Seller Central account. This role will serve as the sales and operations contact for Amazon and as a key cross-functional partner across inventory, logistics, marketing, performance, and analytics — ensuring our marketplace achieves operational excellence, meets sales goals, and supports continuous improvement. The individual must be able to pivot quickly, as this function is constantly evolving and the landscape is changing by the minute. This position is remote in designated states with EST/CST working hours.

Beekman 1802 is the world's biggest goat milk beauty company! We are a skin health company based on the clinical science of two ingredients: Goat Milk and Kindness. We create safe, yet effective, skin and body care that's kind to sensitive skin and the microbiome. We are proud to be sold in thousands of retailers across the country, including our flagship store in Sharon Springs, NY, Ulta, Amazon, Beekman1802.com, QVC/HSN, and internationally.

Research shows that women and other underrepresented groups apply only if they meet 100% of the criteria. We want to level the playing field, so we encourage women, people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, those with disabilities, and veterans to apply even if they don't necessarily check every box outlined in the job description. If this job posting or our company mission sounds like a good fit for you, get in touch — we'd love to connect. We believe that an inclusive and equitable environment is the right way to operate a business, and we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer of all qualified people.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Own and execute Amazon 3P catalog operations: new item setup, product updates, assortment, promotions, and pricing (in partnership with internal stakeholders).
      • Partner with Demand Planning and 3PL to manage inventory flow, shipments, and aged inventory/overstock strategies.
      • Monitor and manage rogue ASINs, third-party resellers, and the Buy Box (Featured Offers).
      • Maintain oversight of storage capacity, Amazon fees, and chargebacks — proactively resolve issues and escalate as needed.
      • Develop and manage reporting and analytics that lead to actionable insights and measurable optimizations.
      • Administer Amazon case management, including bin checks, inbound shipment errors, stranded inventory, and SAS escalations.
      • Take action on account health tasks, browse node updates, and brand registry tasks as needed.
      • Monitor catalog compliance, variation families, and listing issues, and maintain product integrity across the platform.
      • Pull and report regularly on daily sales and performance to inform strategy.
      • Execute both short and long-term growth strategies, including global expansion efforts.
      • Work cross-functionally with all internal teams — including Digital, Operations, Sales, Finance, Brand Marketing, and Creative — to ensure collaboration in a matrixed environment.
      • Other duties as assigned or as they arise.

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon 3P (Seller Central) accounts within CPG, beauty, or apparel.
      • Experience pivoting quickly, coordinating across agile teams, problem-solving with a bias for action, and adapting to business needs.
      • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
      • Experience building a promotional strategy for Amazon tentpoles is a plus.
      • Comfortable managing both strategic planning and tactical execution.
      • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other basic formulas) and experience with analytics.
      • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana.
      • This position is remote. Eligible candidates reside in a state linked here with EST/CST working hours.
      • Experience with Keepa or Pacvue, and global expansion on Amazon 3P is a plus.

We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, parental leave, flexible working arrangements, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Actual compensation within the pay range will be based on factors including, but not limited to, skills and prior relevant experience. The base salary for this role is $70,000–$95,000, depending on skills and experience level.
