Amazon is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Tour Leader to manage and execute immersive 90-minute tours at our state-of-the-art Robotics Fulfillment Centers in Belgium and across Europe. This self-motivated, high-judgment professional will be responsible for showcasing Amazon's technology, innovative processes, and dedicated workforce to diverse audiences while managing issues that could impact customer trust as a brand ambassador for Amazon.
In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate tour requests, develop tour strategies with business partners, and deliver engaging presentations highlighting Amazon's rich history, commitment to being Earth's Best Employer, and Climate Pledge goals. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, public-facing environments, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is passionate about technology, sustainability, and creating extraordinary customer experiences. Regular travel within Europe will be required to support tour operations across multiple facilities.
Key job responsibilities
• Conduct multiple 90-minute tours per day, providing an engaging and informative experience for visitors
• Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's Logistics processes, robotics technology, and company history
• Support the execution of diverse projects across multiple business areas, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
• Collaborate closely with program and product teams to drive project goals and ensure alignment with broader strategic objectives
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Host and facilitate VIP tours, including visits from government officials, EU institutions, and diplomatic representatives
• Support visit logistics such as event set-up, ordering catering, and preparing hospitality materials for VIP guests
• Ensure tour groups adhere to all safety protocols and facility regulations
• Maintain positive site relationships and participate in site and community engagement activities
• Staff and train Ambassador and Proxy teams
• Respond to questions from tour participants accurately and professionally
• Collaborate with Logistics center, Public Policy, and PR teams to stay updated on the latest developments and processes
• Maintain and update tour content to reflect new technologies and company initiatives
A day in the life
As a Tour Leader at an Amazon Delivery Station, your day will be dynamic and engaging. You'll start by reviewing the day's tour schedule and preparing any necessary materials. Before each tour, you'll greet visitors, provide safety briefings, and distribute required protective equipment. During the tours, you'll guide groups through various sections of the delivery station, explaining the intricate dance between human associates and robotic systems. Throughout the tour, you'll weave in stories about Amazon's history, our commitment to employee growth, and our sustainability efforts.
You will be working closely with businesses, understanding the requirements, working actively with product, marketing and operations teams, making appropriate tradeoffs, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional teams.

Our team works closely with various departments and teams, including operations, robotics, human resources, and sustainability teams. • Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field OR relevant experience
• Experience within Communications or Public Relations experience
• Ability to conduct multiple tours per day (5 days per week) onsite in a Delivery Station. This includes frequently moving around the building and going up and down stairs whilst ensuring groups are adhering to all safety procedures.
• Occasional travel required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel • Experience in event organization and high-level visitor management
• Background in tourism, hospitality, public affairs, or media relations
• Prior experience working with or within European institutions (e.g. European Parliament, European Commission, embassies, or related environments)
• Familiarity with protocol and etiquette for official visits or diplomatic engagements
• Track record of delivering results in ambiguous, evolving environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to anticipate challenges/obstacles our business could face as the landscape evolves.
