      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform medical coding and auditing for various specialties
      - Utilize advanced knowledge of ICD-CM, PCS, HCPCS, and CPT coding systems
      - Ensure compliance with reimbursement systems, including PPS, DRGs, APCs, and RBRVS
      - Complete a medical coding test with a minimum passing score of 80%
      - Maintain documentation of specialty coding performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four (4) years of medical coding and/or auditing experience in two (2) or more specialties within the past 10 years; or two (2) years of experience in a Military Treatment Facility (MTF)
      - Minimum of one (1) year of documented performance in the specialty
      - Advanced knowledge of coding and reimbursement systems
      - Relevant medical coding certifications (e.g., RHIT, RHIA) acceptable for professional services or institutional coding
      - Must achieve a minimum 80% passing score on the medical billing test

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional coding certifications considered on a case-by-case basis
      - Experience in military or veteran healthcare settings
