What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Supervisors and Senior Associates with quality monitoring of customer interactions and data entry
- Provide quality internal customer service on the Assist line
- Distribute work, complete administrative tasks, and monitor queues
- Handle escalated customer concerns and callbacks
- Respond to customer emails
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of Direct Service experience
- Must be available the four weeks following Thanksgiving through early January
- Weekend and holiday rotations required
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with children or in a customer service role
- Familiarity with the TEAMS application
