      We are looking for an Analyst level equity exotics trader. You will be responsible for engaging in market making and risk management of equity exotic derivatives. Our business is client focused, non-proprietary trading. You will need to have a good relationship with the across functions and regions.

      Our client business is largely split between

      1. Retail distributors of securitized structured products

      2. Institutional clients who trade in light exotic products and dispersion strategies

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Daily reporting of risk and pnl
      • Maintenance of secondary markets
      • Automation of BAU operational processes
      • Hedging of first and second order risks
      • Pricing tie out of light exotics and retail franchise

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

      • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Mathematics, or training in relevant field
      • 1+ years of Trading experience
      • Proficiency in Python and ability to automate processes and controls
      • Emotional and social maturity to build consensus and drive the business forward
      • Ability to succeed in a demanding, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
      • Willingness to learn and drive to constantly improve
      • Quantitative rigor and front to back ownership of responsibilities
