Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Geography (with an emphasis on Geographical Information Systems); or and an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 0-3 years or more experience required.
- Knowledge of information technology principles, practices, and methodologies including: system analysis and design, requirements definition, system integration, documentation techniques, system support and project budgeting.
- Knowledge of Joint Use processes including Attacher Pole Attachment Agreement administration, attachment permitting, billing, Insurance adherence, attachment transfers, and management of Topped Poles.
- Ability to learn how to use, train (AMT personnel and outside Attachers), and configure EPE’s SpidaMin Joint Use software system.
- Experience working with ESRI GIS and CGI ARM Work Manager preferred.
- Ability to provide oversight of outsourced deliverables, understand outsourcing contracts and measure service level agreements.
- Ability to readily learn new skill sets and adapt to new processes and procedures as needed.
- Ability to develop reports using database files and tables, methods of accountability, train end users and develop training materials for ArcMap (desktop), ArcFM, ArcGIS Server, ARM, Cascade, SpidaCalc, SpidaMin, AutoCAD, NavTech, Knowledge Keeper, and Impact Weather.
- Knowledge of and the ability to interpret National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and other codes and regulations pertaining to the design and construction of electrical facilities.
- Ability to obtain extensive knowledge of Company policies and procedures relative to department operations, easement requirements and acceptable construction methods.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions especially the safety requirements when working near energized lines.
- Ability to effectively analyze and resolve complex problems concurrently.

- Performs appropriate GIS, Work Management, BI-ARM, Cascade, SpidaMin, and/or SpidaCalc, queries and analysis.
- As assigned, administers joint-use contracts between the Company and other companies and agencies, including review of annual billings.
- As assigned, uses SpidaMin to administer and provide billing documentation for foreign attachments on EPE poles.
- Provides AMT application end-user support. Assists GIS, Work Management, BI-ARM, Cascade, SpidaMin, or SpidaCalc end-users with application system or training related problems.
- Provides AMT application end-user formal and informal training as required.
- As assigned, performs application queries for GIS and Work Management systems data scrub activities.
- As assigned, prepares reports from AMT supported applications.
- As assigned, actively participates in GIS, Work Management, Cascade, or any other computer system technology special projects supported by the AMT Department as needed.
- Participates in AMT – Client Governance Committees as assigned.
- Develops key processes within the assigned functional group, coordinates development and updates with the Process Control Analysts.
- Performs work with considerable latitude and limited supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and be in compliance with the Company’s Driving Program policy.
- Complies with all applicable Company policies, procedures and code of ethics as well as all applicable governmental laws and regulations to include employment, safety and environmental standards and regulations.
- Perform other related tasks that are not included, but are within the context of the duties defined.
- The employee is subject to both outside and inside environmental conditions. The employee may also be subject to exposure to cold and hot temperatures (Temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees for more than one hour), noise, vibration, hazards, atmospheric conditions and oils.

STARTING SALARY: $59, 800 - $92,000 Salary is commensurate with experience.
JOB FAMILY SUMMARY PURPOSE:
Under the general direction of the Supervisor - AMTS (Asset Management Technologies Support), the AMT Analyst performs all functions necessary to successfully manage and direct specific business assignments within the AMT Department. Work assignments include Joint Use Administration, GIS and Work Management data scrub, end user application training and support, systems analysis and project support.
