      Responsibilities

      The Opportunity

      This role is responsible for supporting the MSO and COE Category Leads in the development and execution of sourcing strategies to deliver business performance through the usage of relevant resources and network using GP processes and best practices.

      This roles is also accountable for the SAP operation and also for local categories, supporting Supplier Relationship management (Master Data Vendor Management).

      Indirects MSO Buyer will lead and support the execution of Indirects Procurement AOP Plan for SOCO & will be the link between the GP category teams and the business for the execution of the procutivity plan & ensure the supply of goods and services.

      Align projects and strategies to ensure the leverage of resources and suppliers in order to deliver the BU's productivity plan, in addition, it will be responsible for MSO Categories Make (Facilities) SOCO.

      Focus process efforts on compliance and efficiency metrics, increased data analysis, market knowledge, and cross-functional information flows.

      • First point of contact to the business & Develop and create strategies for local defined categories – Make decision
      • Enable all Global and Sector category stratergies – Execute
      • Interaction with Sr stakeholders across all markets functions and Align Category Strategy with business stakeholders, including Supplier consolidation.
      • KPI and Supplier evaluation development - Execute
      • Implement Risk Management tools and business continuity plansAccountable for enabling the delivering of SOCO AOP procurement Plan and supporting to execute Global/Regional strategies - Execute
      • Work with Procurement Sector and Market Teams to build standard “umbrella” agreements/contracts along with the Legal and finance teams.

      • Problem solver skills
      • Good interpersonal skills (able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
      • Procurement and analytical background.
      • SAP (Required)
      • Intermediate Excel
      • Intermediate English (nice to have)
      • Ariba (Required)

      • +3 years general business experience or +3 years in procurement related function of middle sized or large organization (required)
      • Demonstrable track record of commercial experience in buying indirects.
      • Leadership and management of results-oriented teams
      • Good negotiation skills with high degree of integrity
      • Capability to work under pressure and deliver short term results in a very dynamic environment.
      • Externally competitive and internally collaborative – high team work attitude
      • Strong conceptual, analytical, project management, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
      • Demonstrated track record of success in a breadth of prior, challenging experiences, including leading broad change management initiatives
