      Responsibilities

      The Opportunity

      Review, validate, analyze, register and report documentation related to payment commitments to third parties and internal company. All activity must contribute to the total fulfillment of the payment commitments that the company has and be aligned with current policies and procedures obeying the established controls as well as giving operational and financial visibility to the client.

      Your Impact

      As Accounts Payable Analyst your functions would consist of:

      • Validate and record invoices, advances and credit notes issued by third parties or inmates.
      • Analyze and execute depreciation, compensation.
      • Integrate, analyze and communicate reports of reasonableness of figures, identification of risks and seniority of balances in the accounts.
      • Request and modify the maintenance of documents in SAP (modifications, blockages, cancellations, etc.).
      • Analyze and provide month-end information for monthly committee meetings.
      • Contact with the BU for issues related to invoice and payment records.
      • Integrate, analyze and communicate reports of reasonableness of figures, identification of risks and seniority of balances in accounting accounts.
      • Advise and provide information to internal users about current policies and procedures in the area.
      • Advise and follow up on issues related to suppliers and internal users.
      • Analyze and provide information on the age of real liabilities in order to correct information for payment or debugging.
      • Preparation and presentation of information and reports for external and internal use to support the audit requirements.
      • Verify and review the tax requirements of invoices and credit notes, to comply with internal controls and established tax provisions.
      • Ensure accomplishment related to internal controls, including SOX and Non Sox (GPS, PIRT, IT Controls among others).
      • Active collaboration in order to create good relationships with my colleagues, teamwork and healthy environment.
      • Ensure customer service satisfaction.

      Qualifications

      ¿Who Are We Looking For?

      • Degree in accounting or related areas.
      • Experience of at least 1 year in the area ( Accounts payable preferred).
      • Intermediate level of Excel.
      • Knowledge of some ERP system (SAP preferred).
      • Knowledge of the English language at least 60%.
      • Excellent communication skills. - Analysis and reasoning skills.
      • Oriented to order and highly responsible.
      • Ability to work under pressure and stress management.
      • Capacity for teamwork.
