      Responsibilities

      The Opportunity

      The role is accountable for supporting the innovation & commercialization projects pipeline in time and quality.

      Your impact

      As Analista Pleno de Inovações your responsabilities would consist of:

      - Support Innovation manager and lead cross-functional team during the projects development with full understanding of the process based on the priorities defined and the strategy for the category;

      - Lead innovation and commercial changes projects (lead and execute ideation, concept development, branding, packaging, communication) ensuring that all projects are efficiently delivered on time and that all relevant areas are involved, following the principles of Stage-Gate process;

      - Lead project planning (MS Project tool), multifunctional team follow up and daily management, including risks assessments and issue troubleshooting;

      - Provide direction and support;

      - Support preparation of monthly Cheetah Meeting to ensure Gate presentations and innovation tracking, assuring TSG in partnership with R&D;

      - Guarantee 100% Salty innovation in the software;

      - Implementate the new Risk Assessment process: guarantee risk mapping and identify ideas and solutions with multifunction team for all projects;

      - Understand the opportunities in the Stage Gate deliverables and ensure continuous improvement throughout the Innovation Process.


      Qualifications

      Who Are We Looking For?

      - Experience new product development and project leadership skills, successful handling of situations/projects in a multifunctional environment;

      - Full knowledge and comprehension of the Stage Gate process, Cheetah Management, Hurdles and KPIs Management;

      - Process management expertise, auto-motivated for continuous improvement. Agile mindset and driven for results;

      - Ideally familiar to basic Marketing skills and the ability to understand brand´s concepts, positioning, etc;

      - Proficient use of MS project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
