The Intel Toronto office is dedicated to designing SerDes IP for use by SoC customers that require flexible protocol support in addition to best-in-class performance and power. We have a long track record of silicon success over multiple technology nodes. Intel SoCs are using our IP at 25G and 58G and are in production with millions of units. The team's current focus is to design 128Gbps ADC-based SerDes that continues to support a wide range of protocols including Ethernet, PCIe, and many others.Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be pursuing a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering OR a PhD in Electrical Engineering with 3+ months experience or knowledge in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience debugging, probing, and characterizing silicon using standard lab equipment. In-depth understanding of silicon manufacturing technology.
Facility with tools for schematic entry, IC layout, and SPICE simulation.
Knowledge of VerilogA for analog behavioral modeling, TCL, Perl, C, python or other scripting languages.
Industry standard design conventions and rules in analog circuit design awareness of techniques to reduce design risk.Job Type:

Work Model for this Role
