      Degree programs considered for this position: BS, MS and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering

      Are you interested in designing next-generation Integrated Circuits (ICs) powering mobiles, PCs, and automobiles?

      In this position, you will work on circuit design and development of power management integrated circuit (IC products such as LDOs, DCDC regulators, LED drivers, and Power Switches. These chips are key building block components of every electronic systems. You will contribute to designs that will push state of the art performance increasing efficiency and battery life helping customers and end users creating more sustainable end products.

      During your internship, you will learn full circuit design product cycle including product definition, circuit design, simulation and design verification, layout, and product debug under supervision of experienced designers. At start of your internship program, you will be assigned to a dedicated development project and you have the opportunity to own a design that is targeted for production in high volumes in short term.

      Preferred requirements: Course work and background in electronics, analog, and digital design. Familiarity with analog designs such as bandgap, operational amplifier, ADC, DAC, DCDC, LDO, LED driver, linear regulator. Familiarity with schematic and layout tools such as Cadence.
