Qualifications Desired Skills & Experience Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables across numerous clients, demonstrating effective project management from start to finish 1-2 years experience in media/marketing services, including analytical expertise. Understanding of overall media landscape and basic media terminology are key Understanding and interest in media measurement metrics, KPIs and market pricing dynamics Demonstrated success establishing communications and reporting templates and setting and meeting deliverable dates Excellent attention to detail & well established organizational and analytical skills Strong knowledge of and skill using Excel; familiarity with and/or able to develop reports and recaps of multiple data streams; interest in and comfort working with large sets of data quickly and accurately Good listener with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to convey ideas and decisions in a concise and appropriate manner and explain complicated concepts with clarity Responsibilities Accountability at PHD The Accountability team is a dedicated unit responsible for managing productivity commitments and creating and implementing methodologies to measure and track value delivery for the full roster of Agency clients. We partner with PHD’s investment and planning teams to assess and execute strategies that achieve the partnership’s key performance objectives. Together across the larger global Omnicom Media Group organization, we play a vital role in quantifying and tracking media performance, defining new ways of measuring value, and providing industry-leading investment guidance. Your Role The Accountability Analyst will support the Accountability team (Director, Associate Director, Manager) across all areas of the practice. They will be responsible for day-to-day management of reporting deliverables as well as completion of analyses across all media channels. The Accountability Analyst must be a self-starter who enjoys working with data and digging into numbers. Must demonstrate very strong time- and project-management skills and be able to work independently with ability to clearly and concisely convey information. Your principal responsibilities will include: Manage reporting calendar and ensure deliverables are being met Brief teams and manage data collection process utilizing collaborative tools (Teams, etc) Analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and address outliers to evaluate performance against goal Act as project manager to global team in London, including managing meetings, reporting timeline, and analyses Become an expert across all channels relating to Accountability methodology and savings metrics. Show aptitude and interest in trading dynamics across all media and OMG solutions Support full Accountability team on ad hoc projects and those requiring immediate attention Compensation Range: $34,000 - $60,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
