What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Record revenue, allocate production, handle invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage tax and royalty payments
- Analyze monthly results to ensure financial accuracy and address owner inquiries
- Maintain master data and ensure timely completion of monthly joint venture closings
- Process monthly depreciation, asset transfers, and impairments while providing variance analysis
- Analyze activities related to Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO), leaseholds, and capital accruals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than the current employer
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or foreign equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Beginner level proficiency with MS O365 Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Beginner level proficiency with SAP
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience with SAP
- Advanced proficiency in financial and operational analysis and data analytics
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proven ownership of actions and accountability in a team setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
