Purpose and Job Summary
Lument is currently seeking to hire Analysts for its Associate Development Program (“ADP”) at its Columbus, Ohio, and New York City offices.
The Associate Development Program (ADP) is a best-in-class program that develops entry-level analyst and associate talent. Participants in the ADP will undergo a comprehensive internal training program in commercial real estate, credit analysis, and Lument products, with exposure to the multifamily, affordable, and seniors housing sectors.
The diverse deal exposure provides an opportunity for participants to explore career paths over a 12-month period that best suits their strengths and interests before making a permanent career decision. Upon completion of this initial training, ADP participants will work closely with these areas of the business on various aspects of production, credit, and asset management support before direct placement in one of these groups.
The 12-month program is tailored towards recent undergraduate candidates, with recruiting focused from August to December. Individuals who are currently working with 1-3 years of experience are also eligible for consideration. As a growing firm with expanding services, there is excellent potential for professional development and promotion within the company.
Participants in the Associate Development Program will be required to reside in New York or Columbus, Ohio, and be based in those offices for the 12-month duration of the program from July 2023-July 2024.
