What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the audit process, including tracking audit notifications and analyzing claims
- Prepare and distribute audit reserves to label clients
- Collect and prepare support documentation for the audit fieldwork process
- Develop recommendations for label clients on how to respond to audit claims
- Input and track all data related to assigned audits in the consolidated audit tracking spreadsheet
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on data entry and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple assignments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or business
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as macros and pivot tables
