The purpose of this role is to assist with the development and operations of our database marketing solutions. The role will troubleshoot files, data, and other technology issues. The role will perform validation and on-call support.

Key responsibilities:
Has a basic understanding of relational database, data warehousing and file management concepts
Has a basic understanding of the SQL and data base programming language
Has a basic understanding of ETL tools and concepts
Has a basic understanding of job scheduling tools
Oversees operational aspects (execution and monitoring) of task execution and updates
Troubleshoots transmission, data loading and data validation failures
Communicates effectively with clients and vendors to resolve process failures when needed
