- Lead financial modeling and profitability analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. u00A0
- Work with Development Leadership to prepare internal Investment Proposals, Memorandums, and project and regional presentations for internal and external stakeholders. u00A0
- Ensure financial models accurately reflect transaction structures, market conditions, and commercial optimizations. u00A0
- Analyze the causal relationships between inputs and outputs in models, identifying profitability improvements at multiple levels. u00A0
- Evaluate various financing structures to determine the most effective capital structure recommendations for projects. u00A0
- Support the Origination and Structuring team in pricing and securing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). u00A0
- Collaborate with the Project Finance team to ensure development-stage models reflect debt and tax equity market conditions. u00A0
- Work with our M&A Team to evaluate potential opportunistic project acquisitions or divestitures. u00A0
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration between finance, development, power marketing, legal, and engineering teams. u00A0
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. u00A0
- Must demonstrate strong financial modeling and analytical skills. u00A0
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including comfort with interacting with internal management and transactionu00A0counterparties. u00A0
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and economic concepts. u00A0
- Working understanding of power and project finance markets. u00A0
- Strong quantitative aptitudeu00A0with an extremely high level ofu00A0attention to detail. u00A0
- Ability to translate complexu00A0quantitative analysis intou00A0written, deliverableu00A0insights. u00A0
