Analyst - Cargo Sales Strategy (Hybrid)

- Leverage and analyze data to identify gaps, needs, and ways to measure business processes
- Acquire, validate and store data to ensure it is accessible for reporting
- Develop critical metrics, reporting, insights and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Influence, support and collaborate with Division collaborators to develop and achieve Strategic objectives and steer the business
- Development and implementation of forecasting and planning models
- Collaboration with regional Cargo Sales teams to identify and quantify industry trends impacting performance
- Support tracking of regions performance against financial forecast and plan through dashboard creation, interpretation and presentation
- KPI Development and Data Management
- Descriptive and Diagnostic Analytics

- Automation, Innovation and Tools
- Project Management and Process Optimization
- Bachelor’s degree: Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL to develop & validate base tables, build analyses and extract new insights
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and project leadership skills, and strong attention to detail
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of the interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field: Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Aviation Management or related degree
- Experience building reports and visualizations using tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis and sophisticated data modeling
- 2+ years of Cargo or Airline experience and analytical related work
- Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and tell a story using data
- Experience with R, Python, SQL, Salesforce
