      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytic support for Case Management and Utilization Review departments through data entry, mining, analysis, and reporting
      - Develop and present customized reports and visualizations using software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data trends and make recommendations for improvements
      - Maintain data integrity and manage reporting from multiple systems
      - Act as the Database Administrator for Xsolis and perform delegated tasks to support departmental initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work-related experience
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in data querying, reporting, and analysis or a related field
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in data presentation and reporting tools
      - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with business intelligence visualizations and data analytics software
      - Familiarity with healthcare data metrics and reporting standards
      - Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to various audiences
      - Knowledge of data integrity management and auditing processes
