      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter and maintain record royalty rates for applicable recipients in the royalty systems
      - Review and analyze recording agreements to summarize applicable royalty rates and terms
      - Provide guidance on contractual terms for third-party licensing income to ensure accurate royalty payments
      - Process and review quarterly and monthly artist royalty statements for accuracy
      - Assist with financial close processes by responding to information requests from various departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - 0 to 2 years of experience in administering artist royalties
      - Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office’s Access application
      - Ability to work overtime during quarterly royalty statement cycles
