      Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Compensation

      Play a key role within the Total Rewards department at Smucker and provide analytical and administrative support to the success of our compensation program.

      Location: Orrville, OH

      Work Arrangements: hybrid with 25% in office expectation

      In this role you will:

      • Support analysis of salary data and job evaluations to ensure market competitiveness across job locations and departments

      • Lead the compensation survey management process including our third-party survey management tool

      • Create offer options in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team for external candidates and internal employee movement

      • Manage salary structures, including geographic differential review process

      • Assist in executing the annual compensation processes

      • Support the execution of compensation related tasks in our HR Management System, Workday, including testing of larger compensation programs and processes

      • Provide compensation data and reports

      • Respond to internal audit inquiries and provide documentation as needed

      • Maintain all Workday compensation training and reference materials

      What we are looking for:

      Minimum Requirements :

      • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or Business related field

      • 1+ years of human resources, financial analysis or compensation related experience

      • Experience applying mathematical concepts to processes and procedures

      • Experience with Microsoft tools and applications

      • Experience handling confidential and sensitive compliance-related matters

      • Proven customer service and communication skills

      • Strong attention to detail when managing concurrent deadlines/priorities

      Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:

      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

      • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (Workday)
