- Manage the Sales Misconduct process end-to-end including meeting internal SLA’s, sending out appropriate communications, documentation and alignment with business partners and colleagues
- Distribute weekly BST status reporting and follow-up with partners where necessary to ensure timely action and complete documentation
- Provide guidance to partners and drive adherence to applicable BST procedures
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence partners to maintain accurate reporting and status of BST evaluations
- Respond to inquiries related to compliance issues, including but not limited to, regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures and ethical concerns
- Draft and distribute key compliance communications to the appropriate audience
- Collaborate with other business partners to ensure consistent and effective communication of compliance related information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance inquiries and communications
- Weekly call listening sessions to proactively identify potential compliance concerns in real-time
- Provide deeper analytics to identify and drive efficiencies and awareness
- Lead projects to drive efficiencies and process improvements within the business
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team on enhancements based upon trending compliance results
- Work Location will be Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA
- Previous Operational Excellence, Compliance or Bank experience in regulatory, oversight and compliance-related functions
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentations skills
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and demonstrated ability to summarize issues and present informed solutions clearly and accurately
- Experience managing projects including ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Understanding and appreciation of key customer relationships (internal and external)
- Ability to act with diplomacy and integrity with handling of confidential and sensitive issues in an appropriate manner

The Commercial Effectiveness & Governance Team is responsible for overseeing the overall quality and compliance within Global Commercial Services, US SME. The Analyst is responsible for providing “real time” guidance, management of key processes and enablement support to drive sales effectiveness for US SME. This position will be based in Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA and reports directly to the Manager of Commercial Effectiveness & Governance. The scope of the role is comprised of:

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
