      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a monthly tracker survey to the in-house panel from launch, programming through deployment
      - Develop omnibus questions for the monthly tracker survey
      - Support the recruitment, engagement, and retention of panel members, ensuring diverse representation
      - Analyze survey data, including coding open-ended survey responses
      - Collaborate with other members of the Consumer Insights team and across publishing divisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in quantitative consumer research
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
      - Strong writing and communication skills
      - Ability to synthesize information from varied data sources
      - Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Work experience with online research communities and research involving diverse cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives
      - Experience in social media/unstructured text-based data analysis
      - Familiarity with creating basic prompts for ChatGPT and MS Co-Pilot
      - Basic SQL knowledge
      - Familiarity with Powerbi
