- Conduct content-based analyses to drive valuable business insights, which include evaluating the performance from new SiriusXM content launches, drawing learnings, and identifying important subscriber listening behaviors.
- Build and maintain data visualizations / dashboards and regular reporting highlighting key listening metrics and trends for Programming leads
- Leverage a variety of data sources to support analysis, including SQL databases, qualitative and quantitative consumer research, and other internal analytics tools
- Manage ad hoc analysis requests from content programmers for specific radio show or channel level content
- Collaborate with content stakeholders and other cross-functional partners from Marketing, Finance, Subscriber Growth, and Business Development on a tactical and strategic level for content-related decisions
- Create presentations summarizing insights and effectively communicate those to executive leadership with compelling data storytelling
- Bachelor’s Degree. Data Analytics/Science, Business, Economics majors preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comparable Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
- Experience with database languages (i.e., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) preferred.
- Passion for music, entertainment, sports and/or podcasts.
- Good project management and planning skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $65,000 to $80,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
