What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct strategic analyses and develop business plans for various product and service lines
- Facilitate the integration of strategic plans into the overall planning process
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving complex and high-impact issues
- Source ideas from internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities
- Assist in developing long-term transformational strategies for the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree desirable; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 5–8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience
- Minimum of 6+ years of related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in identifying growth opportunities and creating business value
- Strong inductive and structured deductive thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience specifically in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executives effectively
- Experience in implementing opportunities within organizational constraints
