What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years' experience; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience
- Strong experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 6+ years preferred
- Proven track record in identifying opportunities that create measurable business value
- Strong inductive and structured deductive thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to executives
