      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expertise, investigation, coaching, and support to Customer Care representatives
      - Resolve customer account issues and inquiries through the escalation process
      - Analyze data and prepare reports to understand trends and performance
      - Support performance indicators by assisting with overflow of inbound calls
      - Formulate recommendations for business initiatives impacting Customer Care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree in a related field OR a combination of education and experience
      - Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong focus on customer service
      - Strong analytical and decision-making skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of current Customer Care processes and systems
