What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct scans of Hyatt’s IT assets to detect and evaluate cyber security vulnerabilities
- Evaluate potential false positive requests and coordinate with teams for resolution
- Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Track vulnerability remediation efforts and hold teams accountable for timelines
- Assist with vulnerability assessments of new applications and support developers in creating secure code

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-4 years of technical work experience, with at least 2 years in cyber security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex security issues
- Solid understanding of administrative concepts for Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with common testing tools, such as Kali, Burp Suite, and Metasploit
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CISSP, or any other information security-related certification
- Eagerness and ability to learn and apply new ideas and concepts
