What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete monthly reports for the Business Office, physicians, and managers
- Establish user reports for frequently requested data and assist with departmental information needs
- Provide timely and accurate ad hoc reports for department leadership and affiliated hospitals
- Collaborate with the Assistant Business Manager and Research Administrator to develop reports
- Serve as the department’s reporting super user for Epic systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- No specific certifications required
- No prior work experience necessary
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience in MEIS and GE
- Familiarity with Epic Systems and financial reporting software
- Experience with risk management information systems
- Proficient in spreadsheet software and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
