      The Analyst, eCommerce & Customer Marketing (ECM) is an integral part of the eCom Customer Marketing team within the North America Sales Organization. This individual leads eCom Customer Marketing routines and ways of working, ensuring our 40+ team operates efficiently and smoothly. The Analyst also works closely with our BU partners, leading our annual activation calendar updates for our US sales organization.       Essential Functions & Responsibilities

      • Manage total eCom Customer Marketing team ways of working and routine updates

      • Effectively communicate routine updates to cross functionals and ECM leadership

      • Lead campaign briefing process for eCom Customer Marketing campaigns, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Customer ECM teams and Retail Media Team

      • Lead annual activation calendar updates for sales organization, providing clear guidance on strategy and success criteria for ECM campaigns

      • Own and manage the project management tool for eCom Customer Marketing campaigns and process

      • Support eCom Customer Marketing Operations team in strategic priorities

      • Champion annual planning process improvements with key stakeholders

      • Key point of contact for eCom Customer Marketing Customer teams

      Expected Experience & Required Skills

      • Excellent organization and project management skills

      • Proven ability to work autonomously and plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work across cross-functional and external stakeholders.

      • Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

      • Ability to be highly collaborative

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with experience in project management tools a plus

      Work Environment & Schedule

      This position is considered a hybrid role with 3 days in the Chicago office, Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role

      requires ability to work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

      New Hire Base Salary Range:

      $77,800.00 - $97,300.00

      Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

      The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
