- Gather, evaluate and document functional and non-functional requirements based on business goals.
- Produce workflow designs and facilitate meetings on new process adoption.
- Takes personal ownership of issues, ensures a high degree of accuracy with all deliverables.
- Maintain up to date with EHR’s learning portal, attend webinars and participate in other conferences as needed.
- Demonstrates excellent service recovery, and communicates with customers in a consistent manner.
- Show a thorough and creative approach to problem diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Ensures effective integration of new or modified system/processes into the work environment.
- Develop data mapping and execute migration from source EHR to Host EHR.
- Engage in discussions related to the development of training content for users.
- Provides application assistance and consultation within assigned product area of expertise.
- Participate in the functional testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Provides support to internal customers during system upgrade.
- Conducts training and orientation for new and existing staff needing application support.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and communicate results with Management.
- Develops and maintains operational reports.
- Work closely with internal clinical and operational departments to maintain open lines of communication and system optimization.
- Collaborate with EHR vendor to identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring incidents.
- Oversee system updates, configuration changes, and installations of hardware and software, and diagnose technical problems to determine proper solutions.
- Performs other assigned duties and special projects on an as needed basis.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Workflow Efficiency – design, build and validate streamlined clinical workflows through analysis, collaboration with Operations leadership, and subject matter experts.
- Report Management – Configure and maintain reports that support Operation departments. This includes but is not limited to automated and ad hoc reports.
- System Configuration - Build clinical rules to reduce clinical variation and improve adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
- Manages time in an orderly and consistent manner.
- Produces task plans for accomplishing all significant work assignments.
- Uses company provided productivity tools actively .
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- At least 2+ years of experience in the technical field or healthcare field.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong initiative skills.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Must have the ability to learn multiple software applications quickly.
- Must be detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization skills and a spirit with a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to complete projects accurately and timely.
- Must also be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and abide by specific deadlines.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required (English and Spanish).

Job Summary
The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems Analyst specializes in understanding the needs of the various clinical and operational departments to translate them into technical and software system specifications and solutions. This role is responsible to ensure they are continually adapted to support customer needs, ensure accuracy and completeness, and ensure high availability, scalability, as well as drive new feature/function implementations over time. The EHR Systems Analyst must apply a disciplined approach to utilizing the EHR to improve organization performance. This position will work closely with both internal and external customers.

Physical Requirements
This position works under usual office conditions. The associate is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
