- Work with franchisees to develop and execute local store marketing tactics and strategies
- Support the Sr Manager of Field Marketing for the Northeast in management of all local ad funds in the region, and execution of local strategies
- Collect franchisee local media messaging votes monthly, and submit decisions to agency partners by established deadlines
- Perform regular restaurant visits throughout the region to audit merchandising execution & build relationships with franchise partners
- Partner with the brand team to ensure all regional franchisee POP needs are met, and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Work closely with the POPEYES® US regional field team and Franchisees to ensure successful execution of brand programs including new product/promotion rollout
- Coordinate planning of bi-annual DMA meeting schedules, and collect content from key stakeholders in advance of the franchisee meetings
- Facilitates the accurate and timely communication of brand marketing programs, systems, and procedures to franchisees
- Adds to franchisees’, regional team’s, and the brand’s understanding of regional and individual restaurant sales and traffic-driving tactics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Demonstrates excellent organization skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrates strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and influencing ability to maintain and grow productive relationships with franchisees
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication, to include formal presentations and the ability to prepare and present to franchisees on a regular basis and senior leadership on an occasional basis
- Must have the ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences to include franchise partners, ad agencies, local marketing vendors, internal RBI functions, and senior leadership
- Demonstrates high level of problem solving skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability, ownership, and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
- Must be able to travel frequently for in-person restaurant and franchisee visits

Job Overview :
The Analyst, Field Marketing, PLK, US is responsible for the execution of effective regional marketing plans, aiding in the execution of national marketing campaigns, and providing overall franchisee marketing support. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing. Your main clients are POPEYES® franchisees and their operating teams, and you will work closely with the rest of the field team, including Franchise Business Partners and Operations Partners, as well as other functions within the organization including: North America Marketing, Digital & Technology, Operations, and Brand Communications.

Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 yearly
