      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a comprehensive insurance program aligned with the organization's risk appetite and business objectives
      - Collaborate with operational leaders to assess and mitigate potential risks across all areas of the business
      - Oversee the entire claims process, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of claims
      - Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies related to insurance claims
      - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on insurance program performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field
      - Insurance professional designation (in progress), such as Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or Canadian Risk Management (CRM)
      - Solid knowledge of insurance policy wordings, industry standards, and risk management best practices
      - Proven ability to analyze risks, negotiate insurance contracts, and manage claims
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional designation in progress, such as Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
      - Experience in fraud investigation and prevention, or handling crime insurance claims
