      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the creation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
      - Collaborate with business leaders to develop revenue and expense estimates and pro forma financial models
      - Analyze data and provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives
      - Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning to manage financial information and planning models
      - Prepare executive and Board presentations, including capital planning and scenario analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, finance, or FP&A at a high-growth or established organization
      - Strong financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills
      - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization is a plus
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Adaptive Planning
      - Familiarity with US GAAP and ability to articulate differences in GAAP and cash financials
      - Demonstrated experience presenting to leadership
      - Experience as a financial analyst supporting an IT organization
