      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for HR G&A accounts
      - Analyze month-end variances and provide explanations to HR leadership
      - Prepare month-end journal entries including re-classes, accruals, and prepaid entries
      - Develop and maintain monthly financial reports for HR leadership and brand finance
      - Perform ad-hoc analysis and presentations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related technical field
      - 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or modeling
      - Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
      - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Essbase
      - Familiarity with Microsoft BI
      - Experience operating in a fast-paced business environment
