Responsibilities:
- Support Freight audit and payment processes with logistics carriers
- Ensure freight bill accuracy and on-time payment for carrier network
- Verify amounts charged by the carrier match contracted terms
- Recover revenue for any invalid charges
- Approve or deny carrier freight invoices
Additional Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison among procurement team, contracted carrier, and FA&P provider
- Provide on-boarding for carriers moving onto FA&P platform
- Monitor dashboards and reports for invoices falling out of automated audit
- Resolve and reconcile carrier rating and billing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with carrier payment terms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of relevant work experience required
- Strong Excel capabilities preferred
- Experience in manufacturing/retail operational systems preferred
- Travel Percentage: 10%
Salary: $52-90k plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program)
