      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical support for valuations, including due diligence, analysis, and data collection
      - Conduct research on retail, consumer products, industrial, and other market sectors
      - Analyze key performance indicators such as inventory productivity, gross margin, and operating expenses
      - Produce final appraisal reports detailing quantitative and qualitative findings
      - Maintain the employer's Appraisal Application database for accurate company and recovery information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
      - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
      - Solid understanding of financial statement data, including income statements and balance sheets
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
      - Ability to handle tight deadlines effectively
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% as required
