- Streamline operations by executing precise time and labor procedures for payroll data, promptly addressing software application requests for optimized HR support.
- Spearhead dynamic onboarding processes, setting up new hires and managing employee data changes with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain precise HR system data, rectifying discrepancies promptly for operational excellence.
- Generate accurate employee data reports, facilitating seamless communication with managers and supporting the creation of insightful user reports.
- Act as a subject matter expert on project teams, contributing to innovative HR technology and process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise on new initiatives, providing valuable insights for process optimization.
- Spearhead automated methods for large-scale system updates, leveraging HR Technology expertise.

Are You Our Ideal HR Data Analyst?
Step into this position with at least 1 year to 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft. Demonstrate your expertise in processing employee contracts, managing time-sheets and payroll data, handling software requests while ensuring compliance, overseeing employee life cycle events, conducting record audits, generating accurate reports, driving process improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration for efficient system updates and issue resolution. Additionally, ensure you hold a Post-Secondary credential or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
