      Position Summary

      This position assists with driving the vision, strategic objectives and tactics to automate HR processes and provide value and data insights to internal customers as well as contributing with the evolution and execution of YKK AP’s People Analytics strategy .

      Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

      • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and “super user” for SAP SuccessFactors complete suite.
      • Assist with HCM technology initiatives by gathering business requirements, business process review/workflow setup and modification, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, system configuration and security.
      • Develop functional specifications for Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
      • Resolve defects and issues identified by end-users.
      • Build and maintain the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SuccessFactors and SuccessFactors 3rd party integrations.
      • Accountable for data integrity including quality, accuracy, timeliness and usability (includes core systems and related interfaces).
      • Maintains data integrity in systems through pro-active means (audits, queries, etc.).
      • Update design, configuration and specification documentation.
      • Design reports and provide analytics to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HCM metrics to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format.
      • Provide ad hoc reports as requested.
      • Provide internal application support & training to SuccessFactors users.
      • Maintain HR’s role in designing and enhancing the employee experience, together with other areas that affect the complete employee lifecycle process and ‘moments that matter’.
      • Analyze HR processes with an eye on efficiency, quality and data-driven decision making.
      • Assist with the development of data visualizations using different technological platforms (e.g., SAP/SuccessFactors, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) that demonstrate clear and actionable insights.
      • Analyze data to identify and root cause process inefficiencies, and lead/manage design sessions to identify innovative potential solutions to correct those process inefficiencies.
      • Partner with and coach HR Business Partners and COE leaders to help them understand how to analyze, interpret, and tell stories from data-driven insights.
      • Facilitate communication between internal departments and external vendors/consultants for system updates, inbound and outbound system integrations, etc. to identify root cause and help resolve reoccurring integration errors.
      • Lead efforts to identify opportunities for and design statistical models that predict key employee behaviors like.

      Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

      • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Business, IT etc.) from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
      • Minimum three (3) years applicable HCM system experience, preferred experience within SAP SuccessFactors and/or UKG.
      • Proven experience with reporting and analytics.
      • Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
      • Ability to work independently.
      • Strong business & financial acumen.
      • Ability to take complex topics and break down into simple concepts easily understood by target audience.
      • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
      • Strong customer-centric attitude, high energy level and a strong sense of urgency.
      • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
      • Strong analytical/diagnostic skills with aptitude and passion for process improvement.
      • Functional understanding of HRIS design, structure and processes.
      • Ability to influence, persuade, market and sell new ideas and the ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
      • Ability to exercise good judgment, problem solving and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
      • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects.
