      Job Description

      The Analyst I will be responsible for evaluating dealer applications pertaining to changes in ownership, location, or other business modifications. The role involves determining the appropriate application package and ensuring compliance with state laws and protocols.

      Responsibilities

      • Evaluate dealer applications for changes in ownership, location, or other business modifications.
      • Determine the appropriate application package based on the type of change.
      • Review and analyze returned application packages for completeness and accuracy within state-mandated timeframes.
      • Draft correspondence using approved templates to request missing documents or information from applicants.
      • Request internal reviews and outstanding items needed to finalize evaluations.
      • Correctly apply state laws and requirements to dealer requests, ensuring appropriate response timeframes.
      • Act as a liaison between applicants and dealers, answering questions and ensuring completion of applications within 30 days.
      • Recognize different financial documents and evaluate for completeness prior to credit review.
      • Track progress of dealer applications using Excel and Microsoft Access.
      • Communicate file status daily and update approved dealer information in the mainframe system.
      • Print, copy, save, scan, and collate documents as necessary.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Financial or mortgage experience is helpful
      • Prior automotive or OEM experience is beneficial
      • Experience with loan processing and agreements

      Work Environment

      The position requires working on-site five days a week until the role is learned, approximately eight months, after which a hybrid schedule of three days on-site and two days remote will be implemented. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
