- Analyze and manipulate data for compensation analyses
- Review job descriptions for classification and leveling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation
- CCP Preferred
- Workday experience with Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation modules, VIBE & People Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MarketPay & Workday experience preferred
