      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices for internal employees and contingent workers
      - Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
      - Deploy, troubleshoot, and configure end-user computing devices, including Windows and Mac operating systems
      - Provide customer training and create knowledge documentation for IT-related issues
      - Collaborate with various business units and adhere to ITIL processes for change and incident management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to work 100% from a corporate office 5 days a week
      - 2+ years of technical support experience, including support for Windows and Mac
      - Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domains, Office 365, and corporate networks
      - Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
      - Associate degree, Certificate, or Boot Camp in Computer Science or equivalent training/experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of various Windows OS and hardware for PC environments
      - Experience with workstation setup, conference room support, and mobile device technology
      - Familiarity with networking principles and terminology
