      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including gathering marketing materials and preparing submissions
      - Collaborate and negotiate with carriers to obtain quotes
      - Organize data into a marketing analysis format and provide recommendations to broker partners
      - Ensure timely entry of client data into Smartsheet and proper document storage
      - Develop and maintain effective relationships with broker partners and carrier contacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience, or high school diploma with at least 7 years of group benefits experience
      - Strong knowledge of ancillary benefit plan designs and industry trends
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Effective written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance or risk management industry
      - Familiarity with benefits marketplace and carrier products
      - Strong decision-making and time management skills
      - Proven ability to follow up diligently on tasks and communications
