      • Daily support of enterprise applications. Depending on assigned area, these may include Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Sales, and Invoicing), Salesforce, HR Benefits and Payroll, etc.;
      • Manage and optimize Salesforce systems, including user and license management;
      • Build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value;
      • Maintain the Salesforce Platform and security standards;
      • Managing data and delivering actionable analytics;
      • Oversee all activities related to managing changes within Salesforce, including changes to business processes, technology, and people;
      • Design and implement new processes within Salesforce, and facilitate user adoption of the processes;
      • Implement Salesforce solutions to solve business challenges, improve processes, and increase adoption;
      • Ongoing cleanup of processes and data;
      • Own all Sandbox environment management (refresh schedules, Pre / post refresh steps);
      • Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and business metrics;
      • Technical debt;
      • Identify unused or underutilized Salesforce platform features;
      • Develop customer-facing interfaces, including the creation and maintenance of fields, views, campaigns, and other Salesforce applications and functions;
      • Ability to manage/follow up support tickets in a timely fashion;
      • High motivated, self-starter with a collaborative, team, and growth-oriented mindset;
      • Create an effective training and adoption strategy to grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization;
      • Provide ongoing support and training to end users, including the creation and delivery of training materials, demonstrating new features, and documentation maintenance;
      • Ability to multi-task and be able to context switch between priorities;
      • Works with internal and external customers to develop test case scenarios for functional enhancements to implement systems in accordance with best practices;
      • Responsible for system upgrades, availability and support and act as POC for vendors;
      • Provide remote and onsite customer training, ranging from individuals to large groups;
      • Engage and interact with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues;
      • Perform code deployments to systems; apply and test vendor patches and upgrades as well as server maintenance with limited business impact;
      • Collaborate with leaders to convert business requirements into technical specifications;
      • Adhere to SOX and IT policies and procedures in performing job duties;
      • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

      • Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred (e.g., CIS, MIS, or related technology field);
      • Preferred skills/certifications dependent on specific assignment may include MCITP equivalent (SharePoint) or Microsoft Certified SharePoint; Salesforce admin, K2 BlackPearl Administration Certification / Troubleshooting; K2 Cloud; or ERP proficiency; experience using / administering server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux).

      • 3+ years of experience in IT with position-relevant skills;
      • Positions require technical support experience in the assigned area of responsibility, dependent on position (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, SharePoint/K2 design/development, Kronos, administration experience in a production environment, etc.);
      • Familiar working in an Agile Development environment, participating in standups/SCRUM meetings with teams (both on/offshore;
      • Experience assisting the Product Owner/SCRUM Master in writing user stories based on requirements;
      • Deploy regular releases in an Agile approach;
      • Atlassian Jira knowledge a plus;
      • Knowledge of how to monitor and understand SQL Server Reporting Systems;
      • Experience with Segregation of Duties and SOX Controls;
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
      • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail, sense of urgency;
      • Proven organizational skills with project management experience;
      • Ability to operate calmly in a fast-pace and ever-changing technology environment;
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly;
      • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
      • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
      • Passion for researching and implementing new technologies.
